Amazon Animal Hospital is the best! The reception area and exam rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is amazing. From the bottom to the top each staff member was friendly, informative and very caring. They all called me and my pet by our names, whether in person or on a phone call. They had to keep my pet for a day of testing and called me throughout the day to let me know how the testing was going, and how my cat was handling it. I have tried many vets and drive the extra mile to go to Amazon because Amazon always goes the extra mile for my pets and me.

I can't say enough good things about Amazon Animal Hospital... A very welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I've taken my animals here for everything from their routine check ups to complicated procedures and have been more than satisfied with the time spent caring for them and the reasonable rates. I highly recommend taking your pets here.

I absolutely LOVED my visit here. These are the type of people that actually CARE about animals. I could not afford all of the treatment my dog needed but they worked with me and made it much more adorable then other places I've gone to. The USDA screwed us over with the European certificate but Dr. Carvajal fixed & resent the papers off himself just in time for my dogs trip to Germany. I would DEFINITELY recommend them & also return with all future pets. I'd also like to point out how great the front desk girl was, very nice & helpful. Good job everyone.

I have an 11 year old lab rescue and she has very progressed arthritis in her hips and legs. Dr. Carvajal recommended to do cold laser treatments on Sadie and we now have had 6 treatments and she is doing much better. The staff is wonderful, Angela, Ashley and Kim have a great love for animals and treat your pet like their own.

I purchased two vouchers for grooming services on Half Off Depot which the vet refused to honor. I have two golden retrievers with completely up to date vaccines. When I took them in to redeem the services I was told I needed to get an additional vaccine (Leptospirosis) in order to be able to use these vouchers. This vaccine is not required standard of care anywhere, and is not even offered at the Humane Society or my home vet's office. This was essentially extortion to be able to charge me for an additional vaccine that is certainly not required and not even offered in many veterinarian offices. I spoke directly with the vet, who refused to budge on the issue, in spite of the fact that that I informed him that I drove 25 miles to redeem this voucher. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, his unprofessional response was: "Why would you drive that far, why didn't you just go somewhere in your area, are you just trying to getting something cheap"? I responded that he offered this service and I purchase it. I also let him know I was extremely disappointed by his unprofessional behavior and deceptive coupon and business tactics.
