Most wonderful and caring group of professionals from day one. Has taken care of both my dogs and one of them had severe health conditions. They care enough to see you at anytime, returns text and emails, even on the weekend. They are smart enough to know when to call a specialist but still follow every step. I have dealt with vets my entire life but I have never encountered such a true group of caring professionals. One incredible team!!

Absolutely love these vets! Have 2 kitties, took them in for rabies shot and because one of them had a possible mouth infection. Dr. Culpepper spent an hour with me and my girls going over their history and possible treatment for the one with the mouth infection. She called me several days later to check on her. Dr C as well as the entire staff have a very caring attitude. I feel like they treat my kitties as family the same as I do. Would not go to another vet even if their services were free.

Our dogs & cats have been patients of the Animal & Bird Hospital of Clearwater for nearly 20 years. During this time, Dr. Murphy, Dr. Valentine & Dr. Culpepper and staff have been there every time we needed them, above & beyond the call of duty. They have treated our pets with professionalism, expertise, caring, understanding & compassion. We are so grateful for their service & whole-heartily recommend them to all in need of the right vet. We have been going to the Animal & Bird Hospital for approximately 15 years. Originally it was Dr. Murphy and then came Dr. Valentine and Dr. Culpepper which were outstanding compliments to Dr. Murphy. Simply put, they are the BEST. They and the entire staff are very caring, compassionate and personable. I could not imagine going any place else for my dogs care which now total three. Unfortunately, two others are in doggie heaven but they received outstanding care before their time came. I can not say enough good things about this veterinary practice. We not only completely trust their care and treatment of our numerous dogs, we consider them friends!!!! Highly recommend this practice.

I was introduced to this office by a friend, and I am so grateful I was. My dog's previous vet offices were cold, disorganized and near impossible to deal with. The drive from Tampa to Clearwater for this office is well worth it. The whole staff is kind and funny, and very sweet to the animals and their owners alike. They were very helpful in making appointments around my work and school schedule. My 13-year-old Sheltie came in with numerous problems, which were all solved by the deft hand of Dr. Culpepper. The day after her surgery, when I called in because my dog wasn't doing well (she's old, and it just hit her hard) but I wasn't able to bring her in, I was given reassurance and guidance by Dr. Culpepper herself and a personal number to call in case of emergency. I have also received calls and explanations about my dog's procedures from Culpepper herself rather than a tech or front desk associate, which was surprising and wonderfully pleasing. This place is the best!
