My cat died a month ago, so i went to the humane society and adopt two kittens( sisters) , They told me that the first set of shots was included and up to $250 doll to be used within 10 days or after if is a precondition that started prior. They were sick i was bringing my kittens there for 15 days. Yesterday i made an appointment to give my kittens rabies vaccine, knowing that they were too young they still made the appointment, as soon i get in there they tell me that they can't have rabies shots this time but i need to to the fvrcp which they will charge me 14 doll per pet. as soon as i walk out they tried to charge me $136 doll for both cats , saying they are charging for the consultation. I was never aware i had to pay for that since I'm with the humane society and since i went there to get the rabies originally.(which is was included the consultation for free part of the follow up) be aware they will slip a paper on you to sign anything without explanation and you leave broke. i didn't want to pay, so they decided to charge me for the full amount of the shots instead of 14 doll the charge 30 each. watch out guys, you go for one thing they will get you for another.

I truly love this place. All the staff are genuine and caring and they always remember my cats when we come in. They take time to explain everything to me and call me on their days off just to check up and see how my cats are doing. My husband and I are moving to Miami but will still use Vca Cypress wood as we cant imagine anyone else taking care of our pets.

Always tries to go the extra mile to help. Understanding and professional.
