Spectacular Place, I have visited lots of pet resorts (21 years in the military) and by far this has been the best. They keep the pets on a schedule so that they are not outdoors during the hottest time of the day. All of the kennels are nice and cozy, super clean that it leaves a pet owner feeling comfortable having their pets stay here. There is no way that I would leave my dog any where else.

I find it very sad and disheartening that a person would write such a negative review on such a wonderful resort. This person has clearly never been to Country Inn Pet Resort if they are making accusations about dogs being left outside for hours at a time. I have 3 dogs that are clients of the resort and also the hospital since 2009. The resort has a viewing area where clients can watch their dogs play in the pool and run in the field. I have, personally, watched my Catahoula playing in the pool and they are always supervised and were out for no more than 30 minutes. She has been doing daycare for almost 5 years and she always has a happy tail and kisses for all the staff members. She practically jumps out of the window to get into daycare in the mornings. The reception at the animal hospital also runs a dog rescue on her personal time and I have adopted two dogs from her. My roommate’s two dogs also came from her rescue, 1 Lucky Dog Rescue, Inc. The staff at the hospital and the resort have amazing bed side manner. Dr. Kuchar removed a very large growth from my Boston’s ear and also helped my Catahoula recover from a broken pelvis (she was hit by a car) when I rescued her. Country Inn Pet Resort has helped me provided the best possible care for my 4 legged children.

This place is overpriced and the service is not on par. I used to take my dog to day care here but once I realized they they would let my dog run in the rain and let them out for hours in 90 degree weather I stopped. The front desk girls are complete idiots every time I called to ask about my pet they would blow me off and the owner is never present to answer questions. I have heard from multiple clients that their pets got seriously injured while boarding and while on day care thank god that didn't happen to my dog. Terribly run place.

I actually think my 5 year old frenchie likes Country Inn more than she likes being at home. I am constantly traveling out of town for work and the only place I trust to leave my "child" is at Country Inn. They treat their guests like royalty. They are extremely organized and clean. I am one of those who calls constantly asking for updates and the staff is extremely helpful and patient. The owner is always present so she constantly is aware of what's going on. The animal hospital is excellent had an emergency one afternoon and they saw me right away. You really get your moneys worth here. Plus this is a family run business not a franchise! I know my "baby" is being well taken care of when I leaver her at country inn!

We expected a lot from Country Inn based on reviews and price. We paid 400 for a six day visit for our puppy Golden. First the reception desk people were very rude when we called to check in on him. They acted annoyed that we called and hung up on us because they said there was nothing new to report. When we picked our dog up he had an eye infection and skin infection from staying there which was a 200 dollar vet bill. We made a complaint to customer service about the attention our dog received and about our calls to check up on him. They said the dogs do not get one on one attention and that no where should we believe that to be the case. They also said over 120 dogs stay there and all they do is report if your dog eats or not. To me that is very disappointing paying a lot of money and they admit your dog does not get any human interaction. We will never take our dog here again.
