THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The office staff is RUDE and UNCARING..... Would not trust these people to exterminate my house, let alone, take care of my LOVED one! STAY AWAY

Dr. Gallo was great. I was nervous when he left and sold to someone new...THEN, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bernal and his staff. Wow! They are awesome! Caring, concerned, call for follow ups, professional, and informative. I could not ask for better service quality. Thank you All Friends for taking great care of Spock and Shadow. I want to recommend Dr. Bernal for the outstanding service he has provided our 7 year old "Lala". She is mini pincher and a tough cookie for such a small body, but we love her to death. My wife and I are also very thankful to everyone at the clinic for all your love and care while we were away. Thank you!!!
