When I first took my black lab, Lucky, to the Animal Emergency Clinic, I was very concerned. He had bitten a Bufo toad and was experiencing violent seizures. Upon arriving, the team there was very understanding of my situation and ensured me that they would do everything in their power to alleviate Lucky's symptoms. Throughout his time there, I cannot recall a single instance in which the doctors and techs did not show me respect, kept information about Lucky's condition from me, or gave me any reason to think that they were not providing the best medical care possible. I am very grateful for the way that they took care of us, and highly recommend them for anyone in similar or worse situations. These guys are good!

These people are complete crooks! They tell you HAVE TO bring your pet in. $70 to check him for about 30 seconds. He has to stay the night $1,200. An extra $135 when pick him up for some unknown extra. He reeks with a strong urine odor. Total of $1,405 to tell us they could not find what was wrong after they insisted we bring him in. This is the most unethical business I have ever been to. They do not care about your pet; they only care about how much money they can get out of you. DO NOT trust these people with your beloved pet!!!!

I really don't understand why all the negative reviews. This place is awesome!. The doctors are knowledgeable and the staff is caring. I have no complaints, in the contrary I am grateful with the doctors for saving my dogs life.

I'm not sure of the doctor's name, but he and the Vet Tech were wonderful and compassionate. I was suddenly confronted with the dreaded decision for our 17-1/2 year old beagle, and they helped walk me through the decision process. They were as warm and caring as our regular vet that I drive down to Miami for. I was also surprised by how reasonable the pricing was. I highly recommend them!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!I brought my dog in last night because she's getting very old and weak and her eyes were watering and her mouth was salivating as well as heavy breathing and shaking and I felt she really needed to be looked at by a vet ASAP. I called before I came in and was told that an exam would cost $70 and I would be able to speak to a vet at that time. It was 12;30 AM so I was taken back right away but when the vet tried to take her temperature she almost dropped my dog off the table if I didn't catch her. Very uncaring and cold toward my dogs health. She would not answer one question I had about my dogs old age all she said was it would be $800 to run tests that's it. As she left the room to give me a price on euthanizing my dog I got up and walked out. Long story short, If your dog is sick and you just have enough money to have an exam and ask a couple of questions make sure you go somewhere else because I paid money to get frustrated. I would have been better off staying home. I've read all the reviews here and when I say all they care about is money and not helping you and your pet, that's exactly what happened to me.
