Right on Carol Boisvert and Erick Recors. I really liked this plan for our two dogs for a long time but the service the last two years has been HORRIBLE! I had an emergency with one of them recently and the one in Boca Raton on 441 said we can't fit you in today. When I told them it was an emergency they told me to take him to Banfield in Delray. Also getting tired of them seeing different doctors every time. They used to see the same doctor every time in Boca. Erick is also right on, hard sell on lots of products and services my dogs don't need. DONE with the one in Boca and the rude service. I asked them to transfer our records to the one in Delray and that didn't go smoothly either. At least the staff at the one in Delray are friendly and helpful but we are at the end of our rope with Banfield. Wouldn't recommend to anyone for sure.

I have 3 pets so I had to sign up to Wellness program. The last 2 years, the service is horrible. Staff & Vets are always different people every visit, with appointment, you can wait up to 2 hours in waiting room. They even cancelled my appointments several time. How they can follow the health of your pets , if it's always a different vet who look at them. I will not renew my 3 Wellness plan with them for sure. Too much money , not enough care. One of my dog died the 1st month I signed up with the program & had to pay for the full year.

I brought in a stray cat for neutering, shots etc. They convinced me it was a better deal to take their pet insurance. The visits ended up still cost me hundreds, besides the fact of prescribing 'worm' meds for a cat that didn't show having worms after their fecal test. Needless to say, about four months later my cat started throwing up after I put their flea medicine on him. After a few hours he seemed okay and wanted to go out. I let him out and never saw him again. : ( I spoke to the people in Delray at Banfield regarding the flea medicine and fact that I don't have a cat anymore but they stated they don't have anything to do with the 'insurance' part of the services. Funny, how they didn't tell me that when I signed up, only when there is an issue. The collection letter has their return address on it as well. So are they part of the insurance or not??? The collection calls started soon after - no one to talk to you about the issue, only calling to harass you at all hours of the day, tape recording robo calls. I sent a letter but again no response but collection agency calls. When I finally did get someone on the line, they didn't want to hear about my '5 months and still missing, presumed dead cat', it was all about money and where I live. Apparently, it doesn't matter if you still have the pet or not, you still have to pay for your dead pet's healthcare. This is beyond ridiculous. Be forewarned.

I've always taken my dog to Banfield for minor things like nail trims and such for years. Recently I asked about my dog’s teeth and bad breath and they got me enrolled on a wellness plan. I had my dogs teeth cleaned and it was a great experience- and because I'm on the wellness plan I only had to pay for medications when I picked her up. The teeth cleaning was covered by the plan. I am very happy with the service and the care my dog received. She's happy, healthy and now has great breath and clean teeth!

Update! This hospital is now "owned" by Banfield instead of a private owner. It seems like all of the full-time veterinarians have left and the hospital is currently staffed with temporary doctors as of a week ago.
