I loved Dr. Mann and support staff. I felt they genuinely cared about my pet. The place was very clean without any odors. I will continue coming here.

Decent care here throughout my cat's life, and the Vets are likeable, good people.. But, towards the last years of my cat's life, they did nothing to really help me prolong his life. Also, when I called to have my cat put to sleep because of ailments that had progressed too far, the receptionist rudely said I needed an appointment, and they couldn't get me in until the next day... That was completely unacceptable, as my cat was just starting to suffer, and I made that very clear. Worst care experience I have ever seen. I went to Calusa in Boca Raton, and they took us immediately, and made the difficult time good. Calusa also now takes care of our dog, and I can't say enough good things about them. While they might be a little more expensive,,, oh what a difference a great vet makes.

The staff were very helpful and caring. The front service was well organized. Dr. Moses was very clear and kind with planing and follow up needs.

Anne Marie is always helpful and accommodating. She was able to put me on the same day. Andre is wonderful and has patience with my hyper dog. He is always nurturing and smiling. Both great assets.

I am very impressed with all people working here, they are so caring. The doctor is great and I am glad he was available to treat my Teddy. Overall very happy customer.
