To describe the staff as unprofessional is just plain ridiculous!! The staff(which includes everyone from the receptionist, to the kennel techs) is nothing but caring, compassionate, friendly, and very helpful in every way. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone with fur babies.

I have no idea how anyone could say this staff is unprofessional. Dr Manfredi saved my dogs life by diagnosising pancreatitis. She is doing accupunture on both of my dogs with a noticeable inprovement. The office staff is young and act like the typical young people in an office setting but they are pleasant and have been helpful to me. I cannot say enough good about the staff and Dr. Manfredi. I, for one am very happy and would genuinely recommend to a friend or family.
