Nice People but don't trust there coupon ads. It is nothing more than a bate and switch. They offer a coupon for $10 off first vist but at check out they claim that I bought the puppy package that was cheaper than the vist. Problem with that is I called the day and mention the coupon when I made the appointment for my puppy. Then when I checked in for the appointment I gave them the coupon and I told them I wish to redeam it. It seems to me that they should have told me that about the pupply package and that it would not apply as well they should printed it on the coupon. I hate bate and swithc if this is the only way they can attact business then they do not need mine.

I've been taking my dog here since he was a pup and everyone knows him by name and always treats us like we're in there every day. The quality outshines the price, every time we go in they always let me know what we need, how much it is, and then tell me how urgent certain things are. The vets are never pushy about treatments and always inform me of household solutions to the smaller issues like fleas in the yard. I would definitely recommend Val-U-Vet to anyone with pets, they're professional, personable, and all for a good price!

My experience here was horrible. My mother in law brought her dog here for vet services and had set up a boarding time for her and my dog when we left for vacation a few months in advance. The day we arrived the front girl receptionist was rude and they didn't have anything together. They had our dogs sitting in a full lobby of people and other animals, barking and going into panic attacks for over an hour while they were casually talking to others about nonsense. Then wondered why our dogs were so up set after an hour of barking and one was running a temperature. Then when we were finally taken back to a room by ourselves to finish paperwork that had already been done I asked to view where they were going to be boarding my dog. The girl took me to the kennel area which was lacking ventilation and she stated they had rescued about 15 dogs the day before. Which caused me concern being that they were around other dogs that could be greatly sick. The last straw was when they wanted to add about $100.00 in extra fees that they did not tell us about when we had spoken with staff numerous times before we were to drop off the dogs. Again, waiting for paperwork to be done I spoke with my mother in law and my husband and told them that I suggest my mother in law find another vet. The receptionist then stops what she is doing and says "Well, I can just go get your dogs and you and go elsewhere." Knowing that we were to leave the state in a few hours and had spent literally over 2 hours in that office waiting on them and every kennel was closed at this point. I hit my breaking point and told her that I was not speaking with her and she needed to do her job and not worry about my conversation. A few minutes later the receptionist tells us they were going to charge more money for the dogs to stay and I told her I was NOT paying the extra money. They told us one price and it was the second time they were trying to add money to the bill. She said she was going to get her manager and I told her to do so. Within a minute the manager comes out with our dogs and very rudely tells me to never come back. That is when I told her I have ran a business for 15 years and have NEVER come across such ignorance in my entire life. I explained to her that their only apparent goal of being there is not for the animals but for the money. The manager could have cared less and I have no idea why people tolerate such ignorance and lack of service and disregard for life. They should be ashamed of themselves and as long as people continue to tolerate that kind of service they will never change. And when you come to think about it I'm sure they didn't mind putting your "healthy" dog with animals that are sick and just rescued because then that would be more money they would charge for treating your dog. In the end I took my dog to a wonderful place and someone was definitely watching over us because as soon as our dogs got to the new place they were smiling. I would NEVER ever suggest to anyone who cares for their animals to EVER bring them to this place. At ANY location. If this place allows one to act this way then they will allow all of them to act this way.
