This vet was recommended to me by a friend. I took my dog there for his rabies shot and got an exam by a nice female vet Dr Rafuse. They had a $99 package which included a blood test and the standard shots plus an exam. I was concerned that he needed a teeth cleaning, she looked and said it could wait, check again in six months. When you ask a vet if you should do something, the vets that are money hungry would probably say yes, he needs it, so kudos to this vet. The architectural design of the iinterior is funky in a good way!

Had a great experience. My dog Dexter and I were seen within 5 minutes. The Dr. spent time with us, took her time examining Dexter, even cut his nails herself. Prices are very fair and it was very easy to make a quick appointment. They are definitely my new vet office. I'd recommend to anybody who loves their pet.

My cat Autumn, who has been a pet there for many years, was sent home without proper care nor proper direction. I had a friend take her to Gentle Care due to work and it was a nightmare. Once again they could not find her chart. Not only did they send her home, dr. never called me (at 3 pm was when my friend was told he would call) to advise of blood work results. My friend advised that the dr. stated "she is seriously ill". From what? She vomited all night long, has not ate/drank in 2 days, then because of my frustration and after 4 calls to their office whereby the 5th call (almost 24 hours later) I was not nice, they decided they did not want to treat my cat any further. The drs. voice was quivering when he spoke. I believe she was mis-diagnosed, and she should have been kept overnight for observation. I will never take her there again, nor will I allow my friends to have their pets cared for by Gentle Care.
