I brought my 13 yr old JackRat terrier to see Dr. Bucklley when she began coughing constantly. He did a thorough check-up on her and her x-ray showed an enlarged heart and fluid in her lungs to be the cause. He gave her a prescription that began to take effect almost immediately. She is one year older now and her coughing has all but stopped. I have to say thanks to Dr. Buckley and his assistant for giving my little dog Redy a new lease on life. She is now her happy, playful self again and I will be forever grateful to Pet Emergency Center.

Unfortunately, my little dog Lucy got sick in the middle of the night. I called around and was not happy by the attitudes of some of the local emergency vets in my area. As soon as I spoke to Roxanne I knew I was headed to the right place. They took us right away and were so caring and gentle with Lucy. They examined her and explained every detail to us. For an emergency care facility their prices were very fare, and gave us options. I would recommend Dr. Rowell and Roxanne to anyone needing care for their pets.

We had a great experience with Paige and Dr. Grant at the Cypress Creek office! Our rat, Baby, had a severe respiratory infection with labored breathing (constant wheezing). Dr. Grant was very sincere and attentive to Baby's needs and our concerns. Baby received fantastic care and was a new man the next day! Thank you so much!!

I have had to use these folks a few times, unfortunately. Yes, just as with a human ER, it is going to be more expensive for a visit... but that's what I expect when I want them to deal with my EMERGENCY. If your pet can wait for your regular vet, then wait, but if you have an emergency, these folks are competent and friendly.

Thank you so much for assisting our beloved DJ the evening of the Super Moon. You handled the emergency situation swiftly and brilliantly, all the while demonstrating the utmost kindness and respect for each of us. My husband and I are so very grateful for everything, and we can't thank you enough for DJ's most peaceful transition into the arms of angels.
