There is usually a different vet and staff working almost every time you go in. Avoid their "insurance". They list a very high cost for services and then show how much you save by using their plan. My dog died in July and they told me sorry, but you will have to pay full price for service received under the plan or finish paying for the plan until the next April. Strange, both charges were about the same. I asked if I could replace the dog with another and was told no, you will need to sign up for another plan.. Now working with a vet who just charges a reasonable price when the services are needed.

They were more concerned with our payment method than saving our dog from hook worms. They put our dog to sleep after only an hour of treatment and were very rude, inconsiderate, and cold hearted. They changed their story after we came back the following day saying that the dog did not have very much hook worm inside. We still have no idea why our dog was put to sleep. DO NOT TAKE ANY ANIMALS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMETHING SHADY IS GOING ON HERE FOR SURE.

Stay away and save your money!!!! This people don't care about your pet, they see you as a cash cow. My dog was under treatment for several years with them without good results. Tired of paying a lot of money between the insurance they sell and the co-payments. We decided to cancel and try another vet. What a difference...our dog is getting better in no time for a fraction of the price we paid there
