Stay away from this place if you care at all about your pet. I took my dog there at the recommendation of a friend. Like most people I view my little dog as family, not just a pet and care very much how she is treated. She is a Yorkshire terrier. When I picked her up 4 days later she looked aweful. Her hair was all knotted and I could just tell by the look in her eyes that she was not taken care of. She looked so sad, but was happy when I showed up. She was scratching a lot when we got home to the point I had to take her to the vet. He found that she had a lot of ticks and flees. He treated her, bathed her, gave her a shot and some meds to take home. So her stay cost quite a bit of money overall.

I can only recommend the vet center here, hence the 2 stars - the vet center is superb and run really well. The rest of the departments have excellent associates, but poor management. Staff does their best but with an ineffective executive team there is only so much that can be done to run the business properly. Very disappointed with what I thought would be a great experience here.

Do not take your furry family member here! I witnessed on a very hot day many dogs outside both on the large dog side (at least 15 dogs and small dog side at least 18). There was not an employee with the large dogs and in the small dog outside area there was a girl and she was on her cell phone! Could have turned into a dangerous situation without or very little supervision.From what I understand there is no maximum limit, to how many dogs they will take for day care. The care of the animal should be their top and first priority not making money as that is what it appears to be!

I love this place. Always cordial and polite and accommodating. One time my wife and I had to leave for an early flight and needed to get the dogs boarded early so that we could make the flight. The mgr came in early and got us right in and out with no problem.

I have taken my puppy to them since he was 8wks. I initially thought it was a great facility. It offered a hotel, grooming, daycare, and then opened a vet clinic. I thought it was so convenient until IT WASN'T. I took my puppy in with an interesting gate (walk) and from all the symptoms he had, the vet was baffled and had NO clue. I googled it myself and it was clear he had hip dysplasia. That was my first concern, bc it seemed something that was so obvious was overlooked maybe purposefully to get me back in to get more money. They already said he needed 3 surgeries and are always trying to upsale. The worst offense however was when I took my boy to the groomers at 10a.m. came back at 4:30pm because I heard nothing from them and to my shock and dismay, he was still wet and had no work done on him. Over 6 hours later, my poor boy had nothing done. They tried to scramble last minute, but I was pissed. They kept him 10 more minutes with me telling them to give me my dog. Lastly, he all of a sudden was coughing, lethargic, hacking, runny nose, and my poor baby got KENNEL COUGH! He got his vaccinations there as well and got boredetella not too long ago. So it was terrible service and my dog left not groomed and brought home KENNEL COUGH. I think they mean well, but I think they have now bit off more than they can chew bc the service is going down with the more new things they add. I do not recommend, and it saddens me to say that. You don't want to walk away with your dog having Kennel Cough
