The worst company ever. Their customer service is the worst!!. They hide from you...They do not follow up if there is a problem and they lie a lot. Not a company you want to do business with...You should go to Vet Approved RX. their service is excellent and fast delivery....cheryl is the best

RUN FAST and DON'T LOOK BACK!!!!!! Waste of time, I ordered meds for one of my dogs, I did receive the 1st 30 day supply then immediately reordered another. The second order took 6 wks to arrive which left my dog without meds for 2 weeks. I was able to contact someone there thru email and was told there was a personnel problem they were trying to fix. I gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered a 3rd time. We are entering our 6th week now! NEVER NEVER use this business! Forced to give 1 star in order to publish my review………I take it back.

O stars for them! If you love your pet, DON'T use them! Extremely frustrated! I ordered 2 different meds for my pets. They sent me an email that it had been shipped and I never got it. When I contacted them, they cancelled my order because one of the pills was out of stock. You would think they would at least send what they had and let me know about the other one! I called them 3 times, stayed on hold for 15 minutes, the it went to voice mail. I'm actually glad I didn't get the other pills from them because I truly believe they would be counterfeit meds!!

It charged me twice for one medication. Never able to get anyone on the phone... Although price is good, but waiting for the medication to arrive and finding out wrong amount charged then cannot get anyone on the phone..... Plain not worth it!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have never been so frustrated in my life with a "business" First off, try and call them, 80% of the time you will not get through. Most the time my call is disconnected while waiting on hold. I ordered some heart worm med and tramadol for my dog. After t weeks of waiting I called. They told me the heart worm med was out of stock but the should get some tomorrow. No word the next day I tried to call beack everyday for a week with no answer, constantly disconnected. I finally got through to someone and they told me that, guess what, they are out of stock, buit they should be getting more tomorrow! wtf!!! So I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund. Weeks later, no refund and no way to contact them.. Two weeks after that I got the heart worm med in the mail!!! The one that I was supposed to be refunded! I sent it back, still waiting for that $70. And for the tramadol they sent me, a drug my dog has taken for over a year with no problems, caused internal bleeding! She was pooping blood for more than a day. My vet said there is probably aspirin in the fake tramadol they sent me which will cause that in dogs. I will absolutely be contacting the BBB. DO NOT USE ALLVETMEDS!!!
