Dr. Baptista treated my laso Apso Kiko and pug Midnight throught 8 years of age. The appointment techs issued appts the same day or the following day, many times on saturday. Dr. Baptista always expressed joy to see my puppies and was very informative, concise and willing to work with me. A few times I got a break in fees for bring them at the same time for care. Dr. Baptista made follow-up calls to my home regarding progress and current state of health for both Midnight & Kiko. A few times he recommended over the counter ointments to save on cost. To fill prescriptions, I was a call away and ready to pick up at a moments notice. I no longer live in Miami Lakes. I have tried other vets,they do not compare to the quality of attention and delivery of heathcare we received at Dr, Baptista's clinic. Kudos for Dr.Baptista "We All Miss You!" Carmen Lim
