Very professional and caring individuals. I personally witnessed how caring they are when my puppy Leah had peritonitis and was in critical condition. They immediately rushed her into surgery and monitored her for a full 7 days after surgery with heavy antibiotics. After an anguishing 7 days, we were told the great news that our puppy Leah was saved and she was able to be taken home! I don't think Leah would be alive today if it wasn't for their determination to make sure Leah survived. Everyone is helpful - from the ladies in the front to the staff that takes care of the dogs overnight. I have so much great things to say about the head veterinarian there. Dr. Perez is very helpful and maintained open communication with us throughout the whole process. It was very warming to know that Dr. Perez and her staff weren't going to give up on my dog; l am forever grateful. Go and see it for yourself, they are truly one of a kind. They have gained a customer for life!

The worst animal clinic I have ever been to. The staff are a bunch of young girls with nasty attitude problems. Cindy is the absolutely the worst of them all. The act like they are doing you a favor. I was trying to pay and in the middle of it, one of them took a phone call to talk about her car repairs on the phone. So I am standing there waiting trying to leave and she is just going on and on talking to her mom about her car repairs. Then, they wrote the WRONG prescription on my dogs meds. Cindy got loud with me on the phone when I tried to explain to her that it is SIMPLE MATH...If I have to give my dog 2ml a day and the bottle says there is only 15ml in the bottle...them it would only 1 week's worth of medication. She got all loud and said flippantly "Oh well, then give to her for a week." WTH, what do you mean?? The prescription says 10 days....what do you mean "just" give it to her for a week? When did she get her vet degree?? She copped an attitude and I had to remind her to lose it because if it wasn't for customers like myself that pay, she would not have a salary and there would be no hospital cause she was not doing me any favors. I asked to speak to the Dr and of course, he "was not available" . I left my cell phone number for him to call me to talk about my dog and her attitude and I have yet to get a call. I will never go back again. BTW, the physical is low priced, yes...but buyer beware they will get you with an estimate that is truly outrageous. The whole experience was just awful. I will NEVER go back. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

I had gone to Palmetto Animal Clinic back in early 2011 for my sons dog that had a growth on her butt bone after examination they suggested I have an xray done of her lungs. It was not good news. They explained everything and i know i didn't have much choice. But my baby was a fighter. Got her on antibiotics and pain medicine to help make her time comfortable and pain free. While the family prepared ourselves to say goodbye. She was a trooper but it got to where we had to say goodbye. Hardest thing for the family to do. They were great with everything. Highly recommended

Great Vet he saved my 14yr old Chihuhua Perli who another vet told me she was fine after a seizure when in fact she had liquid in her lungs and has heart problems she is doing way better now and it is all thanks to him and his great treatment and care. Will continue going there.

My grandparents, my aunt, my mom and I have been brining all of our pets to this clinic for more than 11 years!! Around 13 pets in our family that have been attended by the doctor throughout the years. She is a wonderful vet and her staff as well! Highly recommend
