This place is a winner! We've been to Aloha Pet Hospital several times now that our puppy is growing up. Thankfully we found the caring and knowledgeable team of animal lovers at Aloha when our puppy was young. When I call about my furry little guy, no matter who answers the phone, they know exactly who we are and are friendly and professional. Every appointment has gone exceptional well and the Vet staff always takes as much time with you as necessary in the examination room. My experiences have been that everyone is patient, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all of your questions. Oh, by the way, THEY LOVE PETS! Those of us who love our pet know what I mean when I say "you can just tell", simply put, "they care". :)

I cried after visiting this vet.......for a regular checkup.....the Vet was in the room for 5 min. and we were charged $350. It was the hasty uncaring attitude of not only the Vet but also the staff that made me cry. Taking advantage of location and past customers. Maybe these loyal customers don't know what a real caring Vet experience is all about. If you are wanting attentive and loving care for your pet....I would not recommend this place!

Our Petey has been with Aloha since he was about 4 mos. old. We love Aloha's staff and most importantly they know and love Petey. He's a handful for sure but they are patient, kind and gentle and I never have to wait long to see one of their vets. I try to go as natural as possible and they tolerate that. ;-) They did give me a bit of grief over feeding him raw food but not as much when they realized how spry he still is at 14 years old! They are also a bit more pricey but as they say...you get what you pay for. Not just any groomer can handle Petey, he is a VERY, VERY nervous groom. Most of the time I groom him myself but when I need him especially nice, Mary and her staff are AWESOME!!!! And I do mean AWESOME!!

I first brought my Quaker, Yoshi here over 5 years ago after my local vet couldn't diagnose Yoshi's illness. Aloha's staff was gentle, much more knowledgeable and passionate as well. I'm positive they've saved my bird's life a time or two. I'll sometimes drive an hour just to go to Aloha over a local vet because they are the only vet I trust!

We brought our boxer Savannah into Aloha as a walk-in for her annual vaccines. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous. We received the best advice and recommendations for Savannah regarding some recent hip issues she has been having. Dr. Becton also recommended a heartworm preventative she was familiar with and was not afraid to say she was unfamiliar with the product I asked about. Her information was not pushy, but instead simple and easy to understand. She seemed to truly "get" us as pet owners (not to mention she had also recently adopted a boxer from a rescue group I support!!). Savannah was in great hands, and we left feeling informed and very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.
