Of course my cat got sick on a holiday, after hours when he decided to eat a Christmas tree ornament. When I arrived, we were seen immediately. The vet techs are very knowledgeable and really listened to me. My cat needed X-rays and that was done right away. No one pushed me to pay for services and tests that weren't necessary, which I can't say about other clinics I have been to in the past. Overall, I from the time I walked in to the time I saw the Veterinarian was less than 20 minutes. The veterinarian I saw was Dr. Barton -- he made me feel at ease and was extremely thorough, and very respectful. I could tell he was an absolute animal lover (as he should be, given his line of work.) The clinic is clean and updated. The staff were presentable, professional and comforting. The doctor was great as I said above. The prices are reasonable given its an overnight/emergency clinic. The testing and diagnosis happened quickly which made me feel a lot better -- and my cat too, obviously. I recommend this place and I'll definitely go back should I ever need emergency vet services.
