I've been using Ark Animal Hospital for the last several years for my dog and cat care. From routine office visits to the unexpected semi-urgent situation, the doctors and staff have always been very accomodating, professional, and knowledgable about how to treat my pets. Thanks, Drs. Having had animals all my life I have experienced many vets in many states. After taking my pets to Ark Animal Hospital I now know that all vets are not the same. Dr. Maxwell proved to be incredibly skilled when performing a complicated surgery for my dog. But that wasn't what I loved the most. She doesn't just work with animals, she loves them. Her hospital is more than a business to her and it shows in her care. I was not upsold on unnecessary procedures and she was more concerned with my dog's care than she was in the cost of the bill. I will never go anywhere else as other vets pale in comparison. Thank you, Ark for being so wonderful!!

The "doctor" will not do any procedures in front of you. She is rude and condescending. asking questions is a big No No to her because it will make her get offended to use her limited brain to give you some sort of reasonable answer. Also, she uses the same garbage that you can buy in CVS for cheaper. Frontline doesn't work, but she apparently has a contract with them because it is the only product she uses. If you want other pet meds, they refer you to a website. They took my dog away, told me they did a checkup and gave him medicine, then tried to sell me more unnecessary services. Also, my dog got sicker after the visit and I decided to go to another real Veterinarian to undo the damage done at this place. They need to just take her license and shut this place down.

We have taken both our new puppy and our large cat there for both vaccinations and to get both of them baths. I have never had a vet take so much her her time to explain things to me and help me take the best care of my pets. The prices are fantastic and the great care is wonderful. Dr. Deluca is our vet and we can't say enough good things about them! Big Louie and Hercules will be pets for life. Thank you.

I have been taking my cats to Ark Animal Hospital since 2001 for their care and have nothing but great things to say about Dr Maxwell, Dr Paschall and the staff. I find the staff and doctors to be very professional and compassionate. After a couple of visits they know you by name. Procedures, options and costs are always discussed before hand. I have used them for everything including routine check ups, diagnostic procedures, boarding services and when the time came...euthanasia. I am very picky about my "girls" care and I highly recommend Ark Animal.
