Dr G and his staff are excellent care givers. Dr G went the extra mile to make sure our pets got the safer rabies shots we requested. His vet assistants and office manager are caring people too. We love that they are open 7 days a week. It means that if our cats get sick on the weekends, we know they will go to someone they know and will get the excellent care they deserve. My only complaint is the company they hired to do appointment reminders needs to get their system working better so we don't get 4 reminders on email and text every time one of our animals needs to come in. II moved to Jacksonville less than a year ago and was in need of a vet. My pup is my baby and I am very protective of her. With the number of vets that are around jacksonville and not knowing anyone to give recommendations, I was very overwhelmed with my choices. Someone on FB mentioned Baymeadows animal hospital and I decided to give them a try and I am very happy with them. i came in around 12 pm, not too long before the staff would most likely be heading out to lunch. I had a million and one questions about my pup health care and still getting used this area.. The vet and her staff sat with me for a long time making sure that my pup did not have any vaccine reactions, answering every single question, and reassuring me on things that I've always felt uneasy about. The best part was they never made me feel bad about some of the decisions I've made in regards to my pet's care (things which other vets have reprimanded and scolded me for). Thee next day I received a follow-up call from them. It showed me how much she cared for my pup.There is usually little wait, but for how wonderful the staff is, I think it's well worth it. I like the fact there are open 7 days week. I would definitely recommend them to folks!

Dr. G and his team are angels of mercy in every pet owner's life! I know how hard it is when a loved pet is suffering and there are no more treatment options available. We had a touch-and-go couple of weeks with our dog Austin at this great facility and their excellent team, and Dr. G made himself incredibly available as we were making our way through an incredibly emotional time. When the time came (1/13/2015) we loved Dr. G huge compassion and genuine desire to help during the whole process. We really appreciate Dr. G's explanations and just really being there during one of the hardest things a pet owner ever faces. It was a sweet, tearful, but ultimately the right experience. We are hugely grateful to Dr. G and his assistants. Highly recommended for easing the worry and taking care of all the details during a very difficult and sad time.

From their hello to my family member's tail wag after her experience , we were treated with , empathy,patience and active listening from everyone we can in contact with. I feel if you listen to your customer , you can resolve their needs. Of course , everyone is on a budget, I was offered recommendations , but didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of and the followup phone calls convinced me , we didn't have to look any futher .

I have been to several Animal Hospitals in the past with my little schnauzer Happy and I love Baymeadows Animal Hospital. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I need to schedule or re-schedule my visits because of my hectic schedule. My dog likes going there and Dr. G is wonderful! They take really good care of my dog every time he is there. I would recemmend Baymeadows Animal Hospital to anyone!
