I find Baywood to be clean and professional. The office personnel are personable and caring. Their pricing is competitive.

Went here because it was close to home a few months back. Took cat in for a sore on tummy and tried to talk about his weight loss of ~5 lbs. Totally ignored the weight loss question (?!?!) and tried to sell me a $25 bottle of cream so I could have two dabs of it to put on his stomach to see if cleared it up. Dr then rushed out as if there was something more important (I was the ONLY person there). Took cat somewhere else for more personalized treatment.

I went here as a first time customer. Dr. Cromer did not even introduce himself to me. He kept trying to walk out of the door as I asked questions, as if he didn't have time. No information was given to me what-so-ever. I had to ask the secretary information because the vet and vet tech never came back after examining my dog and prescribing him medications. I changed vets immediately and after having been to another vet, I realize even more so how awful the experience was. Not only will I never recommend this vet to anyone, I will make sure that everyone knows NOT to go to this vet!

Took my baby girl ( a pitbull ) in for a for limp she got while playing with my daughter and found out she had actually broken her paw they were nice to her and took better care of my more normal vet this is definately going to be the vet that my pup will be seeing for the future. Their prices are also very inexpensive
