Priced great and even gave a progress report after my dogs baths!! Will be going back for all of my pets needs

I have been taking my dog here for about three years for medical, grooming, vaccines, and boarding. I am always extremely pleased with everyone on staff there. They are so accommodating and sweet. Twice this year, my dog has had an emergency on a weekday. They allowed me to drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon, ready to go. The vet will stop what she's doing to come to explain everything to me. The staff always calls after a visit to make sure that everything is okay. The groomer is lovely and handles my dog with care. Even though I have moved to Riverside, I always make the drive out to Harbor Place.

This review is to warn every new customer looking for a vet not visit this clinic. The customer service is the worst! They are rude to you and are aggressive with your pets. They are also extremely unprofessional in the way they answer your questions almost as if you are stupid for asking any questions. They have talked about me behind close doors while I was still in the office and could hear them through the thin walls about a question I asked, laughing at me. THey were recently aggressive with my pet and when I asked them to be more gentle, they claimed my dog was "the issue." They put a muzzle on him when he has never hurt a sole just to take his shots and when I asked why because he never would bit or hurt anything, the doctor told me "Oh, famous last words." This place is terrible. I would not recommend this vet to anyone!

My 5 month old french bulldog mix began having seizures and i had to rush him in without an appointment.... the wonderful staff immediately took him back and began working on him. the doctor came out many times to explain what was happening. the prices were very reasonable too! the staff was amazing and the doctor was very compassionate. he is doing much better today and his seizures are under control now thanks to them. I will never go anywhere else!! thank you so much! Paige Norvelle

I found this hospital through my close friend Judy, she has a shihtzoo that always looks so pretty after visiting them. I have a new lab puppy SPRINKLES, the staff spent the better part of an hour going over puppy information - there is alot I did not know! Everyone was so helpful and all smiles. Sprinkles even had his first little haircut, it was a handsome. Thanks guys, Sprinkles and I will see you soon. Woof
