Thank you for such a wonderful service. I basically found this hospital on the internet when I was looking for a vet hospital for my misty. Luckily I found Hyde grove animal care center. If you can measure a dog's happiness and amount of fun had in a given time period by the amount of dirt they're wearing at the end of the day, then my pup never has more fun than she does at Hyde grove. The layout of the facility is perfect for active pups - so perfect, it makes me wish I were a dog too!Your love in favor of animals is real and you can show up with a sympathy and cleverness, caring for each animal as if your own. I will definitely refer you to everyone I know!

Dr. Joan Marshall gives the most thorough exam and care of any Vet I have ever been to. She stays up to date on current medicine and has given outstanding care to all my animals, everything from my hamster, guinea pigs, my cats and my dog.I have tried other vets with horrible deadly results. I will only go to Dr. Marshall.

I had to go to a vet outside of my state in order to bring my dog with me to the UK. The UK changed it's policy 6 months prior and this vet not only took me last minute but she also took her time and made sure every line was correct. I was so greatful once I arrived because there were 3 other people waiting with me in London for their animals that had been waiting over 12 hours for their dogs due to incorrectly filled out paperwork. Once they had my dog through customs we were out the door and the others were still waiting on paperwork to be faxed back from their vets in the U.S. I would definitely go there again.

It was totally my fault that I fully trusted this Vet. I should have tried second opinion. I am a cat lover. I have so many cats in my life, but I have never met like her before, so she was the most special one to me and my family. After she starts having trouble walking funny, we took her to this vet, but this vet did not trust or hear what I am telling her. Vet kept telling me “It seems alright. She walks normal” never took X-ray until our next visit. On our second visit, Vet finally took X-ray and diagnosed wrong again, said my cat was constipated. During all these times my cat was going down, couldn’t go to bathroom; hide into dark place, crying out for her pain. Vet called me 3 weeks later to tell us my cat has severe authorities. We were shocked and tried every way to support her. Try to use this vet again for kennel but this place never took our appointment ever again. My cat passed away 2 months later. I have told all her symptoms and told diagnoses to other vet, he diagnosed totally different. If we chose other vet, my cat is still alive. If I didnt trust this vet, my cat would recovered. Please don’t let your pet suffer. Please don’t let your precious animal leave you.
