I understand the concept of "getting what you pay for" and I am happy to pay the price. However when this facility creates rules designed to overcharge their patrons I refuse to do business with them again. Overnight Policy as explained on phone. "Sunday pick up is 4:00 - 6:00" Overnight policy when you pick them up at 4:30 on Sunday is "were sorry even though we do not open until 4:00 if you are not here waiting we charge you for an extra day." I am sure there are Veterinarian's available who conduct their business in a more upfront and honest manner and I intend to find them.

I started bringing my pets here in 2000 because it was close by. Dr. Rod Winchester was kind and knowledgeable. I watched the Animal Walk being built. When it first opened I joined immediately. It used to be good a long time ago, had nice people working there that played with the pets and it was always clean. Now it stinks and they employ a bunch of sullen looking losers smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. If you ever take your pet to the dog park you would never board your dog there. Go there early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The place is filthy. It smells, and the dogs are all locked in. You could not pay me to keep my pet there. Don't bother complaining to management, they don't care. Appearances are deceiving, look below the surface. Then go to Greenbriar or Bartram.

Great place to go if you want to be anally ravaged by their sky-high prices. They don't even have the common decency to use lube or give you a reach-around.

I trust this office with my pets life. They are amazing. Clean. Fair. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for too. I always have her groomed there and would never change that. Sometimes their office staff seem to not know what left from right is, however the actual doctors (especially Dr.Z) are the best! Don't believe the BUNK you hear below....everyone elses experiences are different.
