As long as I live within driving distance of Jacksonville, I will take my pets here! The care and service that we have received has been superb. Plus, the clinic is beautiful and always immaculate. I feel that the level of care that my dog and cats have gotten is above and beyond what I have ever experienced at any other practice with other pets. These are people that care a lot about their clients - both animal and human - and who go the extra mile. When I first returned from living in West Africa with my African dog and cat in tow, Dr. Cinque and her excellent staff manage to win them over (after some traumatic experiences with "vets" in WA, this was no small feat)...and they never once made ignorant Ebola jokes, which is more than I can say for 99% of the people I talked to! They were thorough, honest, and extremely accommodating of my "helicopter mom" attitude. Because of their unique background, my pets needed several years of medical care in a short amount of time...They knew that I was a newly returned Peace Corps volunteer with limited funds, so they made sure to give me a list of all the treatments/procedures that they recommended and their costs, so that I could budget accordingly (which was much appreciated). Seriously, take your pets here! You won't regret it.

I take all four of my animals here. They really care about your pets and don't participate in the upselling I have seen in the past at other places. The vet that we have there is one of the nicest people I have met and also is very knowledgable. She helped our puppy get better when we bought her from a breeder store - she had pnemonia and parasites. A+++++ We wouldnt go anywhere else.

I honestly DO NOT agree with the negative reviews on here AT ALL. I brought my cat in yesterday (They were able to see me the same day) because she had been urinating on and off outside her litter box. The entire staff was very friendly and showed true concern for my cat. I ended up having to leave her over night so they could successfully get a urine sample from her. The vet technician went above and beyond by sending me a picture of my cat because he knew it was hard for me to leave her. YES the Vet asked if I have my yard flea treated and my response was No...She explained to me why it is so important and what did I do??? You guessed it.... had my yard treated the next day. YES they will ask what food your animals are on or how often they are fed or what flea treatments are being used but this is all to help your animal become healthier or may be a cause to why the animal is sick. Some people need to realize they say or ask things to ensure your animal is receiving the best care possible. Both the Vet technician and Vet explained EVERYTHING to me in a caring way and we are now on the road to my cat getting back to being a healthy , happy cat again!!! Thank You!!

We visited this hospital two times. And dicided to find another one. Doctor wanted to change everything...diet ,tretment and even shampoo for our dog. She did not like anything,how we feed our dog...and so on. Even we traved to special animal hospital in Columbus and paid a lot of money to find out how to take care of our dog. This vet.doctor has her own mind ...and would like that you will buy everything from her....food,flee medicine,pills. She wanted to run a lot of tests too to change all tretment. I would not recomend this hospital.

I agree with first opinion. I had not good experience in this hospital and I would never come back. I don 't like vet...she is not caring and kind person. Find another one who cares and love your pet,like you are. Take my advice.
