I have been to many animal hospitals but I won't go anywhere else now. The girls who I have met...Kristin and Vanessa...are wonderful. My puppy is 14 years old and I am always afraid to bring her to the vet because I'm worried something serious will be wrong. Kristin and Vanessa put me to ease right away. Dr. Praveen is great!!! He is very thorough. What I especially appreciated is that he showed me x-rays and lab results so I could see myself. He showed me diagrams so I could relate the x-rays to the anatomy of my dog. The animal hospital itself is very clean and inviting. Give them a try...I promise you won't go anywhere else! Thank you to a wonderful team!!!

My dog had an emergent situation and my vet was closing at 12 and I was told to take her to the ER. I found Tinseltown animal hospital and was very impressed. With one phone call they were more than willing to see my dog. All of the staff was very pleasant and helpful and my dog was given wonderful care. The facility was beautiful and clean. I was amazed at the professionalism and kindness. I will be taking my dogs back. It is hard to find extended hours daily and receive excellent care with comparable prices! My first experience with Dr. Praveen was remarkable. I knew going there I had already respected him because the humane society had put me in touch with him and he knew our situation(very low on funds) and offered to help my family out regardless, He didn't try to sell me on a bunch of added stuff he just helped us in a time of need. When he actually walked in and talked to us you could just see it on his face; He actually cared. I've seen many vets who seem to care and actually do help and do a good job but It's rare that you find one who was truly emotionally involved with helping animals and for that I will be glad to return and tell all of my friends about my experience.

Truly, this is the best hospital (vet) my animals have ever been to. The entire staff is professional and caring. The price is very reasonable and the wait time is minimal. We are new to the Jacksonville area and I don't know what I would have done with Zero and Shnuginz if I did not find this AMAZING group of people! They have made my animals well again and our family can't thank them enough!!

We brought our Springer Spaniel, Stella, here for a groom and were very impressed. The groomer gave her the best groom she's ever had. Literally not a single uneven spot or nick and she seemed the least stressed we had seen her when we picked her up. We also received some information about the animal hospital side of the business and will definitely be bringing Stella here for her checkups in the future.
