best pet care service ever. the staff is amazing.,friendly and caring and they take time to answer all question... will continue to take achilles our 5 month old pit mix...thank you and keep up the great work!!!!

My two American bull dogs (versace and Amarni) have Been patients there for five years it is kinda rough in the waiting room, but it's worth the wait. All the doctors are great I personally love Dr. Whaley. He is a very caring vet. He talks to my dogs as he examines them Pets them and when they come in with their terrible skin allergies he shows alot of concern he treats them as if they were his own., He makes sure that when my spouse and I leave with the dogs we understand the instructions with the medications. He always explains why the medications are necessary if meds have to be prescribed. You can tell he truly loves animals. The assistant that we usually get is Lizzie she treats my babies with great care after the doctor goes over the meds, and treatment s Lizzie always explains how they should be administered. She always find the time to pet them and give them each one treat after they get their annual vaccines. Dr. Balogh is wonderful as well and so is Dr.Young. My dogs have been treated by each doctor and they are all personable and very caring towards the animals. Yeah so the waiting room needs a little work, but for the type of care my babies get and Its affordable, I don't care if I had to wait in the parking lot. Thanks to all the doctors and their hard work and dedication as well as all the assistants that help out .. especially Lizzie. Your very much appreciated, and if I could make one request or world be to have one of those doggie poles in the parking lot that have the little blue bags to for people to pick up after their dogs.Like the ones that are in the parks.people are just letting their dogs go potty and just leave it there and then people and other pets are exposed to it. Anyway my dogs will be patients at this clinic.

This place is only good for cheap shots. Took my cat there twice and was told she had asthma when, in fact, she had a tumor on her throat. Treated her elsewhere and she's doing fine. Customer service sucks as they seem to be irritated constantly because of so many customers. Never going back!

I continue to go to this vet because every time I call I can get an appointment. They ask me relevant questions, are courteous and genuinely care about the animals. I have never had a bad experience here. The people that work there are busy and try to take in as many appointments as possible, but the care once they have you inside is completely professional and they take their time. Give them a try and check them out, I'm glad I did.

After having come here in the past when it was in it's early years, I was pleased enough with the place, enough to come back when my cats caught an upper respiratory infection. NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I HAVE IMAGINED WHAT I WOULD GO THROUGH THAT DAY. After I and everyone else there had waited 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time for my pet, I was told that I had missed my appointment and had been pushed to the back of their ( very busy) schedule. I could not believe my ears, the receptionists and other patrons even vouched for my long suffering wait at the front desk but it was a moot point to the manager. I rescheduled for a way later time that day, expecting to come back and be seen right away but when I arrived I was instead told that I had another 2 hour wait ahead of me. When I complained and asked for the vet to just glance at my cats to tell me if they would be alright until I could get them seen at another date ( elsewhere, obviously) he came in took one look at them and said "They don't look well." So not surprisingly I am nearly in tears over frustration at them and worry for my cats. If I had not wasted my time trying to come here, my cats (that desperately needed care) would have been seen and precious time would not have been wasted. I can only pray my cats will be alright and promise to never take them here again. P.S. I did not even mention above the lesser aggressions which included but were certainly not limited to- the decrepit state of the too small trailer that this place is compromised of ( maybe you can judge a book by it's cover), the obvious over-scheduling issues ( everyone agreed that was why the wait was 2 and 3 hours long), the 'waiting room' was small and not friendly to anything other than small dog breeds which meant that most people and their pets were waiting outside in the heat of the day for hours ( of course for any animal in need of medical attention this is not any kind of environment to make them suffer through.) TLDR: Don't go here, I don't care how luring the prices seem.
