Last year, I took my 4 year old dog for annual. Everything went fine except at the end of the exam, doctor (lady, don't remember her name) tells me: "He looks good for 9 year old dog". Some of the vaccines were not suggested because of the mistaken age and I had doubts about exam after, since she thought he was an older dog. This year, I scheduled my annual for the dog, two weeks away. When ordered Heartguard and Flea medication from 1800petmeds, All Creatures Clinic denied my request right away, claiming they need to see the dog first. I've always ordered this type of medication, and that is what they suggested also. Keep in mind, that when I called to make an appointment they told me that they have Trifexis (another Heartworm and Flea medication) available at the clinic and I can pick it up at any time. I just founded cheaper to get it from 1800petmeds. I end up switching to another clinic, but that didn't go smooth either. I called in 3 times asking to send my records by fax to new clinic, 3 days prior to appointment at new clinic. On the morning of appointment they still didn't send a fax. I had to call in and ask again while at new vet clinic. Another thing I noticed, they always put you on hold, no matter what time of the day you call (I called at 8 AM once, and afternoons other times). One time, I was put on hold and waited there for long time so I end up hanging up and calling back, other time I was placed on hold without receptionist even waiting for my response to "may I place you on hold". Overall, bad experience. End up switching to Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital. So far staff is nice, no holds when called and no wait at the Hospital.

As a colleague, I have known Dr. Bill Latter for years. He was so helpful on a number of occasions consulting on a some difficult cases. Bill has a great heart for our pet friends and an excellent team to provide complete and compassionate care. I highly recommend All Creatures for the health and happiness of your pet(s).

We are bringing our dogs to Dr. Latter every time we visit FL and although we have a great Vet in NC, we are always looking forward to his Chiropractic treatments and the very nice, caring and comforting experience we and our Corgis have when visiting. Can't say anything negative about this place. Highly recommended.

Dr. Latter is the best vet we've ever been to. We love him and so do our dogs. He's kind and compassionate and always knows what our dogs need. I highly recommend All Creatures.

So sorry for the poor service reports from others but I've been a client for over ten years and give them rave reviews. Clean facility, helpful staff, wonderful, caring doctors, excellent boarding care and prices, their food and meds are cheaper than most Pet places and they always make me feel like an important client. Dr. Lockhart saw me at 10PM to check out my little dog when she was injured and didn't bat an eye to take the time to explain everything to do. He was a God-send for sure. Dr. Latter sees all our family pets, he is a wonderful man and great vet. I recommend them to ANYONE!
