Vet and staff are very nice and polite..i have 3 cats and 2 pittbulls and always enjoyed bringing my children(pets) there...We rescued a pitt bull from spca and took her to there recommended vet,was very displeased with there vet,brought her to dr bob and she loves it there,,since we been bringing our pets here,our pets are healty and loving children..

Great Staff... When it came down to the Vet .. Dont really remember his name spanish looking guy with black hair... right from the get go bad additude didnt introduced himself ...not loving with my dog at all. Hes lucky he walked out the room before i reacted. The nurse was great and my pet loved her. He shouldnt treat animals the way he did and treat his customers like that. Very unprofessional and rude.( I'm not an expert or went to school to become a vet but when you never met a dog before knowing its a pitbull. Why would you come right in without talking to the dog, allowing the dog to feel comfortable with you..and go to scraping his skin for blood...any animal would respond with pain and defend himself.Trust me don't come to this Vet plenty of Vets in Lakeland. I will bring my business back to this place.. Worst experience as a new pet owner.
