We are very pleased with Dr B and her staff! Always willing to accommodate regardless how busy they are. She is brutally honest and that's what we love about Dr B. We drive very far to see her for all of our dogs!

I am not saying that I loved it, but I am saying that I would rate them with 5 stars out of 5 stars because of the way they handled our delicate situation. Our dog, ET, was 16 1/2 years old. We brought him in because he had not been walking, eating or drinking for four days. I mentioned to them that we were 99% certain that ET was at the end of his life. They listened well, were understanding of our predicament and talked very genuinely about this situation. This was not an easy decision but this staff gave me incredible confidence and comfort in what we had to do. God Bless you Highland Pet Hospital! John M. in Lakeland

I would give this place a ZERO STARS if there is a option for it!!! The most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have ever experienced and I am dealing with Vets for over 30years. I have been there on several occasions, cause I thought maybe if you become a regular they will treat you better, but no, not there. Their way of doing business is still in the stone age. Very rude doctor and staff, you will get a better service for your money anywhere else!!!

Dr. B is and will be the number 1 bulldog vet in the area. I will not go anywhere else when it comes down to take my bullies to the vet. Yet I live in Tampa and is a good 45 min of a drive each way. Is it far? Yes …. Do you have to wait sometimes longer? YES …. Why? Because as a good Vet that she is she will prioritize and if there is a dog that need an emergency surgery she will take care ASAP so yes sometimes the appointments can be delayed but at the end YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER VET ANYWHERE ELSE….. I Love Dr. B and the staff, they are super helpful, you can ask any questions and if you are a breeder, specially bulldogs, you will not find anyone more knowledgeable than her.
