My first visit was great. Very polite staff and pricing is very reasonable. I drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to see Dr. Molina. It is well worth the drive. I have shopped around with so many veterinarians and local known pet stores. All they want to do is up sell me to there plans and products that I don't need. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won't regret it.

The service is great here, however, if you are putting an animal to sleep, make sure you have them warn you before the injection occurs or ask to hold/comfort the animal when they do the injection. We recently put a cat down and they did not warn us when they put him to sleep. I would have rathered comforted the animal's last minute myself than have strangers hold him down... other than this, good vet.

I am So very thankful for what Doctor Juan did for My family and for my little dog Roxy. Roxy needed a Emergency Surgery so I called Gabriela and she told me to bring Roxy that same day. They were able to help my little Roxy right away. And I was so impressed with Doctor Juan calling me at 12:00 MidNight the next day to tell me that he was there checking on Roxy, that she was fine... I was so happy to know that there are still people out there that care for our little pets as much as we do... Thays De Matos

I didn't have the best experience for my first time coming in... Granted, I was late for my appointment, but I called before my original appointment to see if I should bring my dog in at a different time, and they told me to come in, and that it would be fine... Almost every single one of them (about 5 total) made it a point to complain to me about my coming in late since they would be closing soon... It made me uncomfortable. Also, I brought my dog in because I moved in with someone who's dog had fleas, and the fleas on my dog were getting out of hand... My dog is 4 years old, and I have never had a problem with fleas until this last year... I felt totally judged by one woman in particular who didn't care to ask anything about my circumstances, she just talked down to me the majority of the time. At the end of the appointment, they asked my mother to stand outside in the cold with my dog while I pay so that they wouldn't have to mop again, AGAIN complaining to me about the time... I will own up to the fact that I was late, but I really don't want to trust people without compassion with the life of my loved one... That being said, I have an appointment for a check up with a different doctor at this same place. If all goes well I might reconsider, and assume that my first appointment was just a bad day for everyone involved, but if I am treated the same way this next time not only will I not return, but I will also find every way possible to give them a bad review so that others are informed about the way this place is run.

Dr Molina and his staff have provided top-notch service for me in a very unusual and difficult situation. I am the sole child of and have PoA for my mother, who has advanced Alzheimers and lives at a local memory-care facility. I live in Sydney, Australia. Mom is allowed by the facility to keep an older cat who is very important to her emotionally, particularly at this time in her life. The Andes staff have liaised with the nursing home and picked up/dropped off the cat when he needed medical care/attention (routine shots, dental work, blood tests), always emailing me about what was going on and asking my permission in advance of procedures, and even accompanying their emails with photos so i could see what was happening. I have felt very supported by the staff while dealing with this situation over the past two or three years and feel confident that they understand how important this cat is, and that they will take good care of him in my absence. Cost has been a non-issue for me (Mom was smart with her money) but i have never felt over-charged.
