My cat had blood tests and I was told the results would be available in two or three days. I went there a week later and the girl at the counter said the results were not received yet but she would have the doctor call me regarding my question about food. The doctor called a couple hours later and he DID have the results. I then had to make another trip for the prescriptions and food. I was told drops and a capsule. There is a bottle of tablets rather than capsules that I thought I could open.I had informed them at last visit that I was completely unable to give her a pill. This is now the second costly prescription that I can not use. I have the dang insurance and I'm stuck for the year but I'll have to pay another vet that keeps records or listens : ( Two hundred dollars in just over a week plus the insurance and I still need to do something additional.I just don't know what in blazes to do!!!!!

Do not bring your pet here. Doctor seemed competent, but the praticioners manager and staff were terrible. I never write reviews but these guys deserve an F. Dont get fooled by the wellness plan, they charge for everything. Go to a real vet. You will get better treatment for you and your pet. Andre Chestnut

This is the worst vet I have ever brought my dog too. The girls at the counter are all dumbfounded and the doctor literally said he was going to experiment on my sick dog. I will NEVER come back here again and I normally don't even write reviews.

Unsatisfactory of the Doctor's service. Yesterday, I took my dog for her exam for the first time. My dog is a German Shepherd and she is very friendly, although her bark says otherwise. Yes, my 4 months puppy sure barks a lot, but she means no harm. When we arrive there, we literaly waited a whole 3/4 of an hour and I don't blame them, because I didn't have an appointment. When it's our turn, the assistance led us in, and the doctor's assistance took care of my dog's basic check up. Everything went well until the 'doctor' comes in. He seemed friendly, and we greeted. When my dog got up on the examination table, she really didn't like it, she is resisting of being held and examine. I felt bad, because she is wasting the doctor's time, but this is her first time, so I can't blame her. When the doctor examine her teeth, he was pressing the upper lip of my dog against her teeth, while he was trying to open up my dog's bottom jaw. She yelped in pain and when the doctor let go, she let out an aggressive bark and tried to BITE him. At that moment, we were all surprised, because it's her first time being that aggressive. The doctor said he would be back, and he came back with a muzzle strap. We tied it on her and continued our exam. Needless to say, it was a surprise to us all, that she actually showed an aggression for the first time. Today, she is barking unusually a lot, and I am hoping that she doesn't gain an aggressive behavior. What I think that the doctor should do, is to pet my dog, give her some treats and associate with her more before moving on to examination. If he would have done that, she wouldn't resist and got aggressive on him. I am not sure, if my puppy will want to go back into that room without issue anymore. So, if you are planning to bring your dog there for the first time, my advice is to beware of its behavior and reward her plenty during examination. As always, keep a lookout for any unacceptable behavior from their faculty. Overall, I enjoyed the assistance's customer service, but not the doctor's impatience. It is totally unacceptable to hold on to her mouth like he did.
