I brought my dog in this morning because his leg was hurting him. I was honestly freaking out a little because money is tight at the moment. I have had experiences before where the vet automatically starts saying that X-rays, blood work, etc. need to be done and before I knew it, I was spending $100's of dollars. I've also had experiences with other "low-cost" vets where they bring you in, spend 30 seconds and go on to the next patient. With that being said, I wasn't sure what to expect this morning, but I can tell you now that I was more than pleased and have found my regular vet for my dog :) The doctor and the nurse spent plenty of time introducing themselves to my dog, and making him feel comfortable and never rushed to get him out. I feel like the doctor did a more than thorough examination and didn't try to order any tests that weren't needed, just to drive up the cost. It's only been four hours and I've already referred this clinic to 3 people. They have low costs and the love they have for animals truly shows.
