Dr. Topor is really nice and compassionate, and I think she really knows her stuff in regards to birds. I feel confident in taking my bird to her. Dr. Kasaback however is very off-putting and made a lot of mistakes in treating my bird and I would not visit her again. I recommend only seeing Dr. Topor for birds at this clinic.

Lovely people, they adore all pets and do what they can to help us to help them.However they are VERY slow in faxing pet prescriptions.I have to call often to remind them to do so. It is frustrating.

We've been using this vet for the past 12 years now. They've given excellent care to all of our animals including chinchillas, birds, cats and dogs. Extremely knowledgeable in avian care. Really can't say enough good things about Dr. Topor and her staff. Even though we have moved several miles from their office we still take the extra time and effort to have them care for our animals. A++

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! I agree with Binx, I'm sorry but it was a bad experience considering how much money I paid. They over charge with bad service. I had to wait 3 hours in the room, and keep reminding their tech on what to do. My puppy and cat fell asleep. I've been working with animals for a long, long time professionally. This was not nearly adequate. I honestly got no information that I couldn't judge myself. I'm going to have to go to another vet. Also, their place is horrible. The kennel I brought with me, that was freshly cleaned, left with fleas jumping all around it. The fleas came from the actual facility. Don't waste your money here.

I am not sure what Binx is talking about in their review. I've been going to this vet for 3 years. I went to them for my sugar gliders and for my Shiba Inu puppy. They are the same price as everyone else from what I've noticed. The vet is great with Winnie. She did say she was too thin the last time I was there even though I feed my 12 lb dog 2 cups of food a day... That was offensive for me, since I have not been mistreating my pet, nor is she malnourished. This was the only experience I had like that though.
