The vet and techs here seem to really know and care about animals. My dog got great treatment here and the people are friendly. Another thing I like is that their prices are affordable. They don't try to gouge you, like many veterinary clinics and chains do. I was able to get multiple medications for my senior dog for a reasonable price. They suggested other medications as well, but were honest and didn't try to up-sell me, which I appreciate. A lot of vets will try to get you to pay the extra dollar for unnecessary treatments or medications, but here they give it to you straight. It is a little difficult to find their offices, which I noticed another reviewer say as well. The only suggestion I would make is a larger sign or indicator out front. That's about it!

The services are ALWAYS exemplary and ALWAYS reasonable on the wallet. Moreover, everyone there really cares about animals. You can tell it's a calling for them. My dog was ill with some sort of major neurological disorder. Dr. Joy really helped us try some ways to ensure Molly's comfort. When it was realized that there was no way to treat or cure and Molly became unable to utilize her front paws, we had to make the decision to relieve her suffering. Dr. Joy and a tech, came to our home to perform the kindness and make certain Molly wasn't moved. They painlessly ended her suffering and enabled us to deal with the emotion. Two days later, we received a sympathy card from Dr Joy and her staff. They are amazing!! What a blessing.

The care was great here, but to anyone looking for them, they were actually located north of County Line Rd , before 41 and Dale Mabry merged, on the East side of the road.
