We have been going to Dr. Deb, Jerry, and Cindy and the rest of the wonderful staff at Assisi for over 10 years now. We have since moved north to another beachside community, but still make the drive to Assisi to make sure our "kids" get the best of care. Always feel welcomed, listened to and that our kids get the individual attention they deserve. Love Assisi!!!

I took my dog to this animal hospital for boarding. When I picked her up, her face was covered in dried urine from another animal and she was filthy. When I confronted the manager, she offered to have her bathed for free but offered no explanation as to what occurred and why it hadn't been taken care of. When I took my dog back for another stay, they offered to bathe her then since I hadn't yet taken advantage of the free bath, but charged me an extra boarding day ($15) because they said I picked her up too late. They said she would be ready at noon, but did not say that if I picked her up later that I would be charged for another day. They did not offer to credit me the $15 when I explained that I was a loyal customer to this Animal Hospital. It is a shame they were so stingy over $15 after my dog had such a terrible experience. Will not be returning for boarding services.

Our little dog got sick while we were vacationing in the Melbourne Beach area and the staff at Assisi were able to get us in right away to see the vet. The staff, tech and vet were all very kind, professional and worked quickly to assess the problem. Our little pup is feeling better already. I definitely recommend the Assisi Animal Hospital.

Not only is this facility beautifully and conveniently located, but the Doc, the techs, the office people, the lovely woman who walks the dogs - everyone was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our 2-yr-old GSD was hurt while we were on vacation, and they saw her first thing in the morning. She's doing great! We boarded our two dogs later, and they actually came out of boarding HAPPY, well-adjusted! Absolutely an ideal veterinary experience - and reasonable, too! Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend these folks to anyone with any pet they really love! THANKS, ST FRANCIS OF ASSISI ANIMAL HOSPITAL!
