Awesome staff and doctor. Brought in my new adopted basset which had bad ear infection. Both staff and doctor were very gentle. Not over priced like some of the other vets. Also they even did a follow-up call to see how he was doing. I highly recommend Eau Gallie Veterinary...
Excellent office, very professional, friendly, and courteous. It was easy to tell all of the staff are animal lovers, which I like. They treated my dog Wally on a same day appointment, and we went pretty much straight back. They were very gentle and nice with him, and our trip went very well. Will definitely be going here from now on for our pets needs.
We were strongly warned not to use Eau Gallie Veterinary Hospital by a local canine expert. We went to them with anyway for a routine puppy examination appointment because their location was very close to our home. The appointment did not go well. I'll spare you the gory details, but simply explained, the office administrator and Veterinarian proved everything our local canine expert said to be true and an accurate description. Their statements and actions made it clear that the health of our puppy was a low priority of theirs and, in fact, we eventually left without allowing them to touch him. We should have listened to the warnings we were given beforehand. One detail I will quickly mention, while we were in the waiting room there was a man walking around both the interior and exterior of the vets office and taking notes on a clipboard who told us he was "an inspector". When I asked him what he was "inspecting", he told me, it was a secret and wasn't going to say. When the office administrator, Gemma, saw me speaking to him, she then brought him through a door into the back of the office out of sight from the waiting room. Again, very simply said, we should have listened to the warnings and information given to us beforehand and not even tried to use this vet.
I brought 'cuda (my 5 year old chocolate lab) in because she had something in her front arm. After a couple attempts to get it out without sedation, the docs tried to sedate poor 'cuda. After she didn't sedate, they finally got it out and stapled her up. The funny thing is about half hour later, 'cuda finally sedated. LOL! The staff was amazing and very professional. Although, I just chose to go somewhere else for her yearly shots, I won't be making that mistake again. I will always bring my 'cuda to the Eau Gallie Veterinary Hospital from now on!!!
