I took in a neglected elderly cat named Bella who had no eyes and was suffering from a terrible flea infestation and infection of her eye sockets, I was scared to take her in with her handicap thinking they would want to put her down, to my relief they did not mention anything like that, they recommended various medications and she made a full recovery very quickly, thanks to their gentle care and consideration for her I found her a loving home! I bring my dog Toasty to them regularly, they have always been understanding of my budget and have been honest with what is most important for my pet, I won't take my babies anywhere else.

Tried taking my dog for an emergency, they told me they couldn't treat him because his oxygen was low and advised me to go to the nearest 24 animal hospital. When I get to the hospital they tell me that his oxygen levels were fine, I ask the receptionist if it's possible to go back due to financial issues... she then states "we can not treat your dog due to fleas and ticks". I don't understand how you are an animal clinic and don't treat pets with ticks... this has to have been the worst possible experience ever. I don't recommend this place to any one steer away!

I took my dog here for 3 years since she was two months old until last year. They traumatized my dog, they should be able to know how to treat nervous/aggressive dogs. They handled her by force and shes a 20 pound dog. She's no pitbull. Last time we went they dragged her by force to a back room and I wasnt allowed with her. I dont know what happened but when she came out she was bleeding from her tongue. The staff are not friendly to dogs, I never even met the doctor. Very disappointed. This year I took my dog to another clinic where she was treated different and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Took my cat in for an xray after she fell and was limping. They told me she had to have a costly surgery to fix her hip joint or else she would have to be put down. Went to another vet for a second opinion who told me the cat would be fine and that as a kitten her joint heal on its own and that the surgery they recommended would actually leave her worse off than if the leg was left alone. That was two months ago. She's perfectly fine now and hasn't limped for two weeks. They only want your money and don't care for your pet's health.

extremely rude front desk, just based on that i wouldnt use this office. i called only to have a very rude femininely voiced man be rude to me, go somewhere else.
