ZERO stars if possible.... It never felt SO WRONG to be in an animal hospital as in this one! The doctor she is only book smart, but has a very unfriendly and arrogant personality. I should come back with a stool sample of my dog war was in the price I aged included, but I threw the container already in the trash in this animal hospital because I knew I never would wanna go there again. NOT EVEN IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY and they are the only one open in 50 miles!

Brickell Animal Hospital has been nothing but brilliant when it comes to our furry friend. Portia, got into some glue a few months ago and it turned into a huge mass the size of a large grapefruit in her stomach. Emergency surgery had to be done, she was in excellent hands and everyone involved was absolutely wonderful. We can't thank them enough! They are always nice, friendly and helpful. We love it here and would recommend them to anyone that has a pet they are in love with, they really do treat them like family.

I went with my pregnant AKC Staffordshire Bull Terrier to see Dr. Wilbur. First of all she told me how against she is breeding "pit bulls". (Well, first of all it's not a pit bull. A vet should know the difference. My other dog is a American Bully. She also had no idea that this expensive breed exist. ) I told her the exact days for the first day of my bitches heat cycle and the day of mating. I was concerned about the health from the pups and my bitch because it came to close to the delivery day and Staffys are known for needing a c-section. She made some x-rays and said the puppies are ready. I asked again if we should do a c-section? She said no, we wait one more week. Two days later she had her puppies naturally.... all litter was a stillbirth! All dead! I went to a different vet and he said that the puppies were to long in my bitch and she should have taken them out on the day I came and asked her for a c-section. Well, since she said from the beginning that she is AGAINST BREEEDING dogs, me and some other well known breeders think, she might did it on purpose to make sure she won't have the puppies. Is not a vet there FOR the pets to help them and not waiting till they die.....? Awful! Just awful!

Booked an initial exam and vaccine series on a weekday afternoon, for 30 minutes after I called--the only clinic in the area that had availability. I arrived late at the clinic, due to traffic, but they were extremely courteous and still saw my kitten without a problem. Love that they have parking in the back, and when though it doesn't look like much on the outside, the interior is extremely well-kept and impressive. After the appointment with the vet, who I found very nice and genuinely caring for the animals, I received a phone call the next day to check up on how my kitten was responding to the vaccines. Around a month later, I received both a phone call and a post card reminding me that my kitten was due for the next series of shots. The to my hectic schedule, these reminders are quite appreciated, and the post card ads a great touch in this day and age. Prices for vaccines and checkups seemed reasonable, especially for a small clinic in the brickell area, at least for the small amount of comparison I did.

Called and scheduled an appointment in route to the clinic. Took my information as a new patient over the phone so that I wouldn't have to complete a bunch of paperwork on arrival. Only waited 5 minutes before being seen by the Dr. Dr. seemed knowledgable and professional and recommended a conservative treatment plan. Facility has onsite parking, is in a convenient location, but is a little small. The best part, if you're a first time patient then mention you were referred by Dr. Brown and get a $50 credit towards your first visit. The examination was $50, and so the credit cancelled it and my visit was totally free. CAN'T BEAT THAT! If I had a criticism, it would be the facility is too small and cramped....but thats very minor. Also, x-rays are too expensive....a set (approximately 2 xrays depending on the view) should normally cost about $100-135.....this place wanted $170. But the exam fee ($50) is market price. I would go back, and that the highest compliment I can pay.
