This is the BEST Vet experience I have ever had. Dr. Frishman, Carla and their staff gave my dog excellent care. Incredibly nice, caring staff and new, CLEAN office. They treated me and my pet like family. I highly recommend Dr. Frishman & Brickell Bay Animal Hospital.

Trust me! If there was an option to add a few more stars to this review, you'd wanna do it too! I was recommended to Dr. Frishman by my vet in Atlanta, Georgia. I trusted my vet in Atlanta and knew she wouldn't let me down! Dr.Frishman is honestly, the BEST!! My dog Keno has had many complications in the past and I needed a Doctor that knew what they were doing and weren't gonna charge me an arm and a leg. Dr. Frishman has a great personality and makes you feel really welcomed. My dog Keno, was a 'rescue' and is often shy and skittish. The doc knew exatly how to handle Keno and they became good friends! I would recommend Dr. Frishman to anyone! He explains everything clearly and always makes sure to follow up in the next day or two. Exceptional Customer Service, in my book!

My puppy is my first pet. Ive never had any experience with vets before, but the way people always complained about the prices and/or the cleanliness of the place i was a little worried and not too excited about finding a vet for my puppy. Well this place was the total opposite of all the negative things I have ever heard about Vet's. This place is amazing. Dr. Frishman is the most loving person I have ever met when it comes to animals. He treats them like they are his own. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with such warm welcomes from his staff. The place is always SPOTLESS. This is an animal hospital and I have never seen one hair on the ground! It also smells amazing! it doesn't smell like there are dogs or cats anywhere. I honestly don't know how they do it. My experience from day 1 when i brought my puppy in at 7 weeks was truly great. I fell in love right away. The way they cared for my puppy was like it was their own. One day my poor baby got his paw stuck under the door while it was closing and the way he screamed made me so unbelievably nervous. I rushed him over to Brickell Bay Animal Hospital with no hesitation and no appointment. They immediately took him in and calmed me down. They told me the price of everything before it was done (which honestly was a heck of a lot less than it thought it would be) and my puppy ended up fine, just some soft tissue damage. They are the best veterinarians I know. I brag about them at work to my co workers with pets. Everyone should come to see Dr. Frishman because honestly I would probably never find better people than the ones working here.

Dr. Frishman is the absolute best. All of the staff are so friendly and my puppy loves going to the Vet. His prices are extremely reasonable and he is a wonderful Vet. I highly recommend Brickell Bay Animal Hospital.
