quality established managed by one of the best in the business in my experience.
I wanted to take a moment to make a comment about a visit that I had made a while ago. My cat Aphrodite is only a year old and one day she had a severe issue with her eyes. We were new to the area and so I researched various Vets and found this one. When I took her in (crying because I was so worried) the Vet took the time to answer every one of my endless questions and told me honestly some things that it could be and what it would mean for my cat. They took blood to test for viral issues and called me every time they received a response back (for each test) because I was so worried and they knew it. Turns out that the problem cleared up with some medicine and it wasn't a virus. Being naturally a nervous person, this office really helped me to feel better. I will surely be taking all three of my cats here in the future.
POOR-FAIR I took my dog to be euphemized, and we were clients of the hospital. I found their 'bedside' manner very disappointing. And the constant "I am sorry for your loss' is ineffective if it is not from the heart!
My dog got sick on Good Friday and Bustillo Animal Hospital was open and staffed. The only other clinics open at 6pm were emergency where I would have spent a fortune or closed due to the holiday.. Dr. Bustillo was there (even though it was the easter weekend) and worked on my dog for over an hour. My dog stayed in the hospital overnight and I was able to visit him today and will be back again tomorrow to visit (on easter)!!!!! I'm very impressed with the services and will be changing vets perminantly. :)
I took in my sick cat, because I had a coupon for a free office visit and thought I'd come out spending an acceptable amount of money. Yes, the office visit ended up being free, but I was still left with a bill of $450 for a cat with nothing more than diarrhea. They wanted to do x-rays and before I left my cat there, they quoted me $290, but asked me not to pay yet just in case the cat needed medication, etc. The doctor was nice enough, as was the office staff, though I did wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time, which is not okay for the cat stuck in a carrier. Overall, if you're going just to use the coupons it may be worth it, but otherwise this vet is not affordable.
