I have many bad experience with Knowles... one time , one of my dogs got mouth bleeding for eat bone. ( my fault) when i finished my work at almost mid night, we went to Knowles Animal Clinics. they won't help you but your money first. they don't care if you dog emergeny or not everything is money first. ( x ray, and pick up to bone from my dog teeth cost me $ 270 ) and then one of my dogs has skin problem, they check and didn't give me any resault, they charge me $ 170 dollars. sign, i love my dogs, i car my dogs more than money. the money i spend to Knowles Animal Clinics won't cure my pet's problems. and they charge not respobable, what I feel is they just use your pet to suck your money . they just gave me a shampoo ( which I got form another Vet for $30. that's it. and resault is my dogs still has skin problme, ..I won't recommand anyone to this vet.

My 20lb dog was involved in a fight with a larger dog and had a simple wound on his shoulder blade that appeared to need stiches so we went to the Clinic. Not only was I charged USD 110 just for just coming through the door, but the Vet wanted to put my 9 year old dog under general anesthesia so that he could justify the USD 692 bill he wanted to charge ! I told them that this was absolutely crazy and that this was just a way to maximise their potential gain form a minor wound! I asked them for generic antibiotics just in case paid the visit fee and left. The assistant had cleaned the wound very well and it healed with a simple patch ! It is an absolute outrage that a clinic would be willing to risk the life of my older pet by recommending general anesthesia that was not needed just to make a dollar. Go somewhere else for your pet if you can -$$$$$

I recently had to pay Knowles Animal Clinic a visit because the vet's office I typically visit is open at times that conflicts with my schedule. However, I must say I am quite satisfied with the care my dog received and my overall experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though I did not have an appointment scheduled, I was attended right away. Although my dog does not love visits to the vet (to say the least), this was perhaps the calmest he has been during a check up. The doctor made sure to make him feel comfortable and safe even if he was a little tense. One thing I did appreciate was the doctor providing me with plenty of information throughout the examination. It was clear to me that he and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and are very willing to share their knowledge with me and my family. My dog was very much in good hands. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was told to come in at 6:00 for a simple checkup. I filled out the paperwork and was there 15 minutes early and the only one waiting for an appointment. 15 minutes later im shown into room #2 where they precede to have me wait there with my cat ALONE for an hour. By that time I finally gave up waiting and started to leave. As i left I said "sorry but you guys must be busy or something". And the lady at the counter replied with "yeah. try coming back later, or you can call again if you want." and that was the end of it. Utterly terrible customer service and lack of consideration for anyone that doesn't mind spending half the day on what shouldn't take an hour. Terrible place to go.

It's a shame. What was once a model of great veterinary care is now the worse place ever. No matter what time your appointment is, or whether there are emergencies or not, one doctor or seven you will wait. And you will wait a long time, only to receive what is mediocre attention, questionable diagnosises, lots and lots of unnecessary medications and a whopper of a bill. This time, which will be the last (and that's unfortunate for them since we have 4 animals that were their patients) we waited an hour and a half with not so much as a tech to prep or ask us questions. We left and didn't even receive a follow up phone call to find out what had happened to us. Then again, it's only been 3 hours now. They may not have realized we're gone yet.
