I have had great experiences with this vet. I've gotten my dog Zack vaccinated here, I've come in when he has had ear issues and also to use their grooming facility also. What I like most is how the staff and doctor treat my dog and I, as if we were a part of the family. They remember our names, talk softly to Zack during procedures to calm him. I don't have any complaints.

This place killed my friend's healthy energetic kitty baby boy. Today we took him to this place to get him some vaccines and check up & neuter service then it turned out as his sudden death. Vet says it was allergic reaction cause of death but we suspect real reason of his death was overdose of Anastasia. Clinic says neuter service only available before 12pm with appointment then suddenly vet says he can operate this baby's neuter service today and told us to leave the kitty with them & pick him up after several hours later like just an hour before their closing time. Altho, kitty looked not right or alive - right after vet tech or vet (not sure who he was) injected anastasia to him because the kitty was too wild to to get some blood out and cut his nails..etc. Then another vet came in and told us they can perform his neuter service on same day and kitty still didn't look alright at that time. However,Both of us completely trusted this clinic and the vet so we didn't doubt anything when the vet told us like that and we left clinic. Then this animal clinic covered up their medical mistake and got away with it but we don't buy their lousy excuse and the real reason of his sudden death is still in question mark but we can get the idea what they have done to this little baby. We had to leave without nothing cause there's nothing much we can do. THEY OVERDOSED ANASTASIA!!!!!! & KILLED THIS 1 YR OLD BABY KITTEN!! And when we leave the clinic another gentle man came to us and asked us why we're crying so hard. Another friend of us explained him then he told us, that same thing happend before and he says this clinic use too much anastasia before even we tell him anything about anastasia! which is could happen 1 in 1000. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVING DOGS OR CATS TO THIS CLINIC. This kitty boy was young and healthy, energetic when he check in this clinic then he couldn't walk out in the same day because they killed him. IT'S THE WORST HORRIBLE PLACE SO CALLED ANIMAL HOSPITAL. BE VERY AWARE & STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you don't want to lose your loving family member just like us. R.I.P Baby & Very sorry....:(

I am writing this review because I completely disagree with the bad ratings. We met Dr. Nasio 5 years ago when we got our 1st English Bulldog "Sancho". The prices were very competitive (the cheapest I could get) so we decided to give it a try. I have to say, I have no regrets. Since then, Dr. Nasio has taken care of my 2 English Bulldogs and all of my family's(Labrador and another Bullie). What I like more about his practice is the love that he has about his profession. He's a real doctor: Dr. Nasio saved my dog after a bug bite, he stayed with him taking a fever down for 3 days, I will always be thankful for that. I have recommended him several times, and all of my friends agree with me: he is an amazing vet and the prices are good compared to many practices.

I was recommended this Vet by a friend and despite the bad reviews, I took a chance and took my dog (Zoey). Zoey is only 1 years old and has Patellar Luxation and my original Vet said she had a grade 4 (severe) and needed surgery which cost $2000. So I took Zoey to meet Dr Ruben Nasio for a second opinion and I brought along her x-rays. He said, in his opinion that Zoey was a grade one and didn't require surgery. He recommended that Zoey be placed on a diet and gave me his recommendation on food. He provided her Inflammatory pills and something else for her joints. He wants to see her in 30 days so we'll see then. So far the research I've done on my own, I agree with him because my dog isn't in pain when she walks or runs so I don't think it's a grade 4 (severe). Surgery should be the last option. I know she's over weight and we will start walking her every day as he suggested. Also he didn't charge me for evaluating her and just charged me for the other items, his prices are reasonable. Going forward, I will continue with him and will write again if things changes. Also upon walking into his office, there was many "thank you" notes and cards (on his wall) with recent dates complimenting his services. He took his time with me to explain everything and showed me charts explaining her weight. By the way, he has a Specialist that does the surgery for $1800 in his office... he saved me from spending almost $2k and unnecessary surgery. I thought I should take the time and write my experience here so far.

Ever since Raphael left, original vet, this place has taken a turn for the worst. The current vet is stuck up and a thief. If you do not tell him not to do anything but what the animal was originally there for he'll do it without telling you. Once you come and pick up your pet the cost of everything is a lot more than you thought. I recently had both my lab and chihuahua neutered, and he first did my lab. Once he was done with him he left the lab unattended and the lab licked his stitches out. His scrotum was extremely swollen and took an extra week to recover. The stitches were horribly done. I am not pleased and will be looking for another vet.
