I brought my pet to the clinic because of a problem with her ears. I was greeted and checked in immediately, and I did not have to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. The veterinarian immediately took a culture and ran some tests and determined the problem. My pet’s ears were cleaned out and medicated, and I was given meds to take with me to use for the next few days. The condition cleared up quickly, just as I was told. During that same visit and while checking my pet’s mouth and teeth, it was determined that my pet’s teeth were in dire need of a cleaning--and it was obvious there was plaque and gingivitis present so I scheduled an appt. for today to bring my pet in for a cleaning. I brought my pet to the clinic this a.m. for a scheduled teeth cleaning, and she was returned to me just as promised, a few hours later. The clinic followed up to see how my pet was feeling after visit, and all is well. No wasted time, a very pleasant staff and excellent & friendly doctors.

I just took my aggressive kitty for mosquito hypersensitivity check up and treatment and we saw Dr. Melanie Anderson at Silver Bluff Animal Clinic. I had been putting this off because Mickey is so difficult, but he proved me so wrong, He melted on Dr. Melanie's hands. He wasn't restrained, or wrestled like I have to do to give him his flea meds, he didn't even wince when he had his shot. I think its her patience, bed side manner, and peaceful nature, I can't wait until the rest of our pets meet her. I would definitely recommend Dr. Anderson, she is knowledgeable, patient and loving with your treasures and can even transform the difficult ones into loving pets.

I went there about 2 years ago and my dog was sick. Vomiting and pooping badly. The Vet hydrated her and said she should be ok. So I called again and stated she is still not better and getting sicker. The vet responded wait longer.. I took my dog to another vet and within about a hour I got told she has some parasite in her tummy.
