We have been going to this vet for 3 years now, and my loyalty is due to the exceptional service by everyone there and the thoroughness of Avi (vet). I really like how he takes the time to completely investigate and provide treatment options that are appropriate. Aurora and all of the other staff members are wonderful and clearly love animals (or at the very least, my dog ;) ). I have a dog that doesn't require grooming services other than a bath every few weeks, so I can not speak to the grooming services.

Good vet. HORRIBLE, I repeat HORRIBLE grooming services. I have been using this vet for about three years with no complaints. During a recent visit I noticed they were advertising grooming services so I gave them a ($55) opportunity. Big mistake, I asked for a Shih Tzu puppy cut and ended up with what looked like a failed attempt at a poodle cut and I use that term loosely. What a hack job. Clipper trails all over my dog, a razor cut on the tip of his "genitals" and two razor cuts around his anus. Looks like something that a vet would do before an EMERGENCY surgery. To add insult to injury, they never gave my dog water to drink even after I had mentioned that he had just been on a long walk before bringing him in. He was a mess and shaken up. Smiling Pets, this experience is going to cost me and you. Me: A fix job at a reputable groomer. You: My repeat business for 4 animals and any future referrals to your office. Do yourself a favor and toss that grooming sign in the trash. You guys are not groomers! Lesson learned for me, hopefully for you soon. I agree with previous reviewer "SweetNica18", the Latina nurse/groomer (forgot her name) has no bedside manner with dogs. It was difficult for her to keep her cool even in front of me when my dog squirmed around when she tried to repair the damage.

When I took my dog to get neutered they shaved him and cut him all over. The experiance of it all was so painful just from watching. Imagine my poor dog that was the one who felt it all. I mean you shoud have seen how tramatized he was after the whole experiance. Till this day he's still experiances a bad reaction when being treated for anything. I hate this place. All we do is give him love and they gave him pain. All those nureses need to be interviewed. If they don't like dogs than out the door with them.

After going to several vets with my cockers who have cronic ear problems, fortunately Smiling Pets Mobile clinic came to treat Tango for another ear infection. We met Dr.Adulami and I was skeptical but after a few weeks Tango's problem was cured, and he has been fine since. He's also treated Gizmo and each time we visit him the treatment he provides is accurate and effective; unlike other vets who I kept coming back for repeated treatments. I am thankful not only because he cured my dogs but because he is caring, gentle and a genuine veterinary who truly wants to help animals. I can see his love for all creatures and that is invaluable! Kudos to Dr. Adulami.

This clinic is awesome... great vets and great staff!!
