Very professional! We had a great experience. Dr. Wong and his staff are super friendly, professional and display a caring attitude. Dr. Wong was recommended by our regular vet and we drove from out of the county to see him for a consultation. We were very pleased with his honesty and hospitality. We would definitely refer to his office and will go back to see him if needed. "Koda man" says thanks to all of you!!!

Where do I even begin with this review? My dog, Toby, a white poodle mix stray I picked up from the streets about 5 years ago, started having seizures. It was scary and frightening. With a gentle heart and strong confidence, Dr. Wong and Dr.Anwer, along with the excellent staff-guided my family through a really difficult time. Toby was a foster failure and a integral part of our family. Dr. Wong was persistent and very patient with all of our questions.The medical emergency we had with Toby occurred about two years ago. And I am happy to report, Toby is doing great! I cannot thank Dr. Wong and Anwer enough. Southeast Veterinary Neurology is responsible for the happy dog that continues to fill my life and that of my family's with joy. Again, thanks to everyone at SEVN for all their hard work, love and dedication. You truly are one in a million.

If you are looking for an animal ER and find this place, please don't be confused by the good reviews. Look up Miami Pet Emergency and their reviews. SVN rents their office space overnight to Miami Pet Emergency. I took in a stray kitten that was in obvious pain. The vet said that it only had mange and to take it to my regular vet in the morning. The kitten then died a few hours later. I was charged $115 for them to do nothing and let a poor kitten die. I went back the next morning to complain and that was when the folks at SVN said they don't have anything to do with the night company. SVN seemed very nice. However shame on them for renting their office space to such a terrible company. Don't be fooled by the good reviews for SVN when looking for Miami Pet Emergency. Hopefully this review will save another animal's life.

My 11 year old dachshund, Kirby, lost the use of her front legs and began to lose movement in her back legs. I sought the advise of the president of the Dachshund Rescue of South Florida who works with Dr. Wong frequently with down dachshunds. She told me to immediately take her to him and that age did not matter as long as she was healthy. Dr. Wong evaluated Kirby, recommended an MRI to confirm his suspicion of slipped disks and also confirmed that she would be a good candidate for surgery if her labs were normal. Dr. Wong's work with the Dachshund Rescue of South Florida and the success he has had with those patients brought confidence in my decision to leave Kirby's health in his hands. He is a wonderful vet specialist and his staff is also very cooperative and caring. I picked up Kirby 3 days after surgery and she was walking again. I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Wong at Southeast Veterinary Neurology at the slightest signs of back/neck injury.

Doctor Wong saved our dog Abbie's life. About a month ago she could barely move and was constantly crying out in pain. Our vet's diagnosed her with a slipped disk as being the most likely cause and referred us to Dr. Wong. After X-rays and an MRI confirmed the diagnosis Dr. Wong performed surgery on Abbie to fix the problem. The day after surgery she looked better than she has in a month. Within 2 days you could not even tell that she had ever been in any pain whatsoever. Every time we dealt with Dr. Wong or his staff they were extremely professional and courteous and you can tell that they are all in the business for the right reasons. They are obviously all animal lovers and took absolutely fantastic care of Abbie.They also answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot even if they were stupid questions. I never had a problem getting ahold of Dr. Wong and he took quite a bit of time during the diagnosis and pre-surgical consultation to explain exactly what was wrong with Abbie and how he was going to fix it. He even spent about 20 to 30 minutes going over the MRI in detail with me and showing me exactly what was going on with Abby. My family cannot thank Dr. Wong and the staff enough for what they've given back to our family.
