One night I had to bring my pet in for an emergency procedure, I told the woman at the desk that I did not have much money and I asked if there were any payment options/plans that she could offer me, she told me no, that everything must be paid in full at the time of service. So 3 days and around $2100 later, I got a phone call letting me know that my pet was not doing good and would be needing more procedures. I told them I didn't have any money left. Then she informed about their pet care credit plan.-After I was already broke.

Took my dog here after he had an allergic reaction. The took good care of him, and had coffee and TV in the waiting room with a spacious area. They were friendly to my dog and good people. Prices were high though, then again it's an emergency hospital.

I have been there several times with our pets. You are never there for a good reason. Often arrive with a sick or injured pet. We have always been treated well under the worst circumstances, and we are grateful for their respectful treatment of us each time.
