All VCA animal hospitals ive been too have been great. This one is just as good. You deal with Proffesionals and not some joe working in the front they hired off craigslist. Why I didnt give 5 stars is because of there prices. But you pay for what you get. Quality, assurance, and safety for my animal. I cant believe what half of these reviews say. Its a good place.

If you want to see a sales person for vet services this is a great place to go but if you want medical care for your pet please go somewhere else. We wanted to get shots for our dog to take on the road with us in the motor home however these folks would not do what we simply wanted but wanted to sell us on services that we did not want nor need. Do not walk from this place run as fast as you can and find any place but this placed. It is owned by a large corporation and they do not care about your pet all they care about is how much they can charge and trying to tell you everything to scare you into buying services you do not need RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE RIPOFFS

Thank you for opening my eyes to a business I NEVER, EVER, want to do business with again. And believe me, if anyone asks, I will share with them my experience. It may seem crude to characterize it in this manner, but these people have balls! We noticed that our female calico wasn't using her right rear leg. She didn't seem in any obvious pain that we could see. Cuddling in our lap, purring, playing with the other cats in the house, falling asleep in our arms. But because she wasn't using her leg, we thought it better to get it checked out, just to make sure it wasn't broken. The initial exam by the "vet" indicated that there was probably not anything broken, and asked if I wanted to have x-rays taken, just in case. I agreed, knowing it wouldn't be cheap, but not ever thinking it would be too expensive. $243.35???? Really??? Just for 2 x-rays???? Wound cleaning, $56.85????, Meds, $106.64??? I could not believe the bill when the vet technician showed it to me in the examining room when everything was done. Just a shade under $500.00!!!!! I was floored. We racked up a $470 bill in less that 30 minutes! Yes, I am fully aware that I should have asked, and not presumed that the costs would be reasonable. I wasn't given any kind of written estimate before they started their treatment, nor any warning or notice that I would be approaching the $500 dollar mark in charges, even for something that wasn't broken. Alas, I didn't check, and I have myself to blame for not asking. The damage had already been done. I knew I had to pay. But to say I was shocked, is an understatement. I will never visit this hospital again, for any reason. If I had been given some kind of notice that our short visit would be costing me over $460, I would have explored other options. Live and learn. I called to ask who I could address any compliment or complaint to, and the person answering the phone stated only that "we are a corporation, and owned my someone in California, and that there was no way to contact the owners". It just seems that for a first time customer, I would have received some kind of notice that our first time visit could, or would, be that expensive.

It did not meet our needs.
