Have been going there for years. I've had pets for many many years but I have never had front office people be so rude and non-customer service. The one lady does not smile and did not even greet me when I walked in. She looked irritated that I was there. The other lady is not nice either. In my years of dealing with vets, this one tops it for customer NO service! I do like the Dr. but the front office staff makes it so unwelcoming!! I will be looking for another vet in the area that will take time and be glad you are bringing them your pet.

I have used this same Veterinary clinic for several years. I went after my dog was misdiagnosed by another local vet. Dr. Cox was very helpful and has always taken great care of my pets. I highly recommend this place.

I just moved to the area and my dogs needed their shots for vacation. My boyfriends family recommended this place and my whole visit was a disaster!! They waited to tell me when I walked in the door that they do not accept checks after knowing that I was new to the office. Dr. Cox is a nice guy but when asking questions he acted like he didn't want me to ask questions. Then when I was getting ready to leave the office I asked if the staff could fax a copy of the records to the kennel the dogs were going to stay for a week and they acted like it was going to kill them to do it. Also, my boyfriend's family had been using this office for a while and their dog got really sick. The office was closed on Saturday's so they took her to another vet in the area. Come to find out, their dog had tumors on it's back that this office should have caught during check ups. If the cancer would have been caught early maybe she would still be here today. If you really care about your animals DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS OFFICE!!

I feel so comfortable taking my cats to Dr. Cox. He is just wonderful and very caring. He also knows his stuff so if you want a great atmosphere with a loving and caring staff...go see Dr. Cox. His prices are fair too which is important.

I had taken my dogs there for quite sometime, Dr. Cox is a very nice man but he is not very informative about what is wrong with your pet. Also, I have had "run ins" with one particular girl at the counter who was so incredibly rude that I changed veterinarians, apparently I should have "known" that they no longer accept checks even though I have written them checks since I started going there years prior. I have since then had to call "numerous" times to have them forward my dogs records to the new veterinarian. As a whole, I am very unhappy with this particular veterinary clinic, and do not recommend them to anyone.
